Tanya and Ned sold our apartment for more than we expected to receive, offering beautiful photos and listing and ongoing social media advertising. They worked very hard with numerous open houses and viewings whenever a potential buyer requested them. After the first sale fell through due to funding, they found us a second buyer and our sale proceeded smoothly.
